HOW SHE KILLS

Written and directed by Natascha Graham

Starring Marie Wilson

“I was dead before I realised I was dying…”

The often untold story of a survivor of narcissistic abuse in a lesbian relationship.

For two years, Gillian Dawson was abused by the woman that claimed to love her. She was manipulated, bullied, gaslit and lied to.

In How She Kills, Gillian retells her story, her battle with her mental health, and the strength she found within herself to leave, and most importantly, survive.

How She Kills has been selected by Pinewood Studios and Lift-Off Sessions as part of their First-Time Filmmakers Festival 2020 after first being performed as a stage play by The Mercury Theatre in August 2020 and broadcast on BBC Radio in September of the same year.

Raised simultaneously by David Bowie and Virginia Woolf, Natascha Graham writes fiction, non-fiction and poetry, as well as writing for stage and screen.

She lives with her wife in a house full of sunshine on the east coast of England.

Her play, How She Kills, has been selected by Pinewood Studios and Lift-Off Sessions as part of their First-Time Filmmakers Festival 2020 after being performed by The Mercury Theatre in August 2020 and broadcast on BBC Radio in September of the same year.
